1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ResumeFull ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResumeFull provides AI-powered tools to help users prepare cover letters, track job applications, and prepare for interviews. Outputs generated by the Service rely on artificial intelligence and data aggregation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success rate of any generated content in securing employment.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Free and Pro Plans: We offer a Starter plan with limited generation credits and tracking limits. Pro plans unlock higher or unlimited usage, subject to the limits and features shown in the product at the time of use.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a Pro plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via your selected payment method.
• Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all rights to the personal data and CV text you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license strictly limited to providing and operating the Service. The underlying platform, AI workflows, and software belong exclusively to ResumeFull.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or maliciously overload our APIs (including AI generation endpoints and job extraction endpoints). Engaging in abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeFull, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
